plz come up with reasons, not just naming one of them.
The KX-T9391T is a DECT 6.0 phone. The KX-T6700B is a 5.8 Gigarange phone. The DECT is a newer generation and has much better sound. I know that it’s more expensive but in the long run, you’ll be happier with it. You can walk further away from the base and still have a good connection (I take mine to my next-door neighbor!) I don’t work for Panasonic but I’ve used their phones for years & the DECT is the best I’ve ever had.

Okay. So I have a Vtech Dect 6.0 Digital 5 Headset Phone. (Expandable Five Handset Cordless Phone System) I have a banner on it called Handset 3 which I want to change. Can anyone tell me how to change the banner? I will give 10 points to whoever answers this question!
(Here is the picture of the phone I’m talking about.

I can’t find anything in the manual that allows you to customize that handset.
Here is where the manual is:

Place a resistor across the + and - terminals or contacts. The resistor value depends on the rating of the batteries so that the resistor does not heat up, but remains warm to the touch during the discharge period.

My office has two independent landline phone set with independent numbers. If I buy the exactly same company’s same Cordless Phone for each, what happens? As long as they use the same frequency (for example DECT), each receiver hear both phones??
Since you are using two different land numbers, there is nothing to worry.
Modern cordless phones use multiple channels and even spectrum hopping to reduce interference.

Security
Many analog phone signals are easily picked up by radio scanners, allowing anyone within range to listen in on conversations (though this is illegal in many countries). Though many such analog models are still produced, modern digital technology is available to reduce the risk of eavesdropping. Digital Spread Spectrum (DSS) typically uses frequency hopping to spread the audio signal (with a 3-kHz bandwidth) over a much wider range of frequencies in a pseudorandom way. Spreading the signal out over a wider bandwidth is a form of redundancy, and increases the signal-to-noise ratio, yielding longer range and less susceptibility to interference. Higher frequency bands provide more room for these wide-bandwidth signals.
To an analog receiver like a scanner, a DSS signal sounds like bursts of noise. Only the base unit with the same pseudorandom number generator can receive the signal, and it chooses from one of thousands of such unique generators each time the handset is returned to the cradle.
Additionally, the digital nature of the signal increases its tolerance to noise, and some even encrypt the digital signal for even more security.

The Input Specification for that Adapter is as follows,
INPUT = 120v ~ ac
Output = 6v dc
Which will not support for our Indian power supply which has 230v ~ ac
you need to go to an electronics store and purchase a transformer that takes your voltage and converts it to an out put voltage of 6 volts, as your item requires, you also need to know if the centre post is negative or positive, most power adaptors are reversible and can be set for centre post positive or negative depending on the rotation of the tip when connected. Please ensure you get it right or you can seriously damage the phone unit

Take the battery with you to Tandy or Dick Smith Electronics (I'm assuming you are in Australia) because the little black plug end has subtle differences for each battery. Apart from that you need to get the voltage and amperage correct.

Also, I see "DECT" (digital enhanced cordless technology) in the advertising. What is DECT? Is it better than other types of cordless? Which brand names are considered the best quality Cordless Phones? Which type of phone (900 MHz, 2.4 GHz, 5.8 GHz, DECT), has the longest range?
yes, the Panasonic DECT 6.0 is the best..it doesnt interfere with all you other electrical stuff in your house!!!
